You speak about this business as if it’s dealing with customers. That they are no doubt annoyed is a certainty. That it happens is a reality and this is not an “operating” company.

While your expostulation about why if this happened to YOU or YOUR business sounds vaguely like common sense for a small business with revenues, waiting for customers to call, maybe a plumber, the fact is, you are blowing wind and your posts all have the same ... nature.

None of that really is all that relevant or meaningful. You know it too. That you so desperately post these negative posts every day, 24-7-365 gives lie to the notion that anyone so busy posting would also be busy answering customer emails and paying attention to a small business website....
