Your argument is so ridiculously specious, just like your argument that share price doesn't matter. I just don't understand how people think the way you do. Don't you realize that all of the things you make excuses for, all of the things you apologize for, all of the things you say don't matter, are all of the reasons why this company is in the process of going under?

My company isn't a web commerce business either, but if my business's web site went down for what is now going on two full business days I would be apoplectic. My inbox would be overrun with messages from people wanting to know what's going on, am I still in business, etc. I would very quickly send out emails, texts, and put a blurb on businesswire to let people know what was going on. It isn't hard. FYI, I signed up for their email alerts more than four years ago. I've never gotten a single one. This company is a joke. But go ahead and keep on making up excuses - all the way to zero.
