OK, checked all the drivers and rolled back the Bluetooth driver. Nothing helped. Next I will delete the 3rd party software and reinstall both on the phone and on the computer.

What confuses me is that I can connect to the internet and surf just fine but cannot get the trading platform to recognize the connection from the phone either through Bluetooth or USB.

Any other thoughts would be appreciated.
