Only thing I can think of is that Win10 may have auto-updated and replaced/updated the Samsung/3rd party related drivers for Windows.

You may want to examine the list of recent updates (Windows Updates) or check out the bluetooth related device (Device Manager) and see what version its using, rollback driver...or possibly re-install 3rd party software/drivers.
