Is there a reason you expect to find a link between Tesla IP and NEAH XNRGI IP ?

Currently the only public patents NEAH has are Fuel Cell patents.

XNRGI has nothing...just run a search on Patents and Patent Applications nothing comes up for XNRGI.

I would say a lot of people dont update their social profiles (linkedIn as well) just because their jobs change or the companies name changes.
