INTC stole TSLA's Head of Automation a coupe quarters back. CEO fired, end of Moore's Law, 10 nm chip battle with AMD, NO R&D spend keeping INTC earnings and Div impressively up.
I want to know how going private helps TSLA in regards to MA for new tech etc.
What's the motive, regulation-wise and who knows what?
Maybe we'll see some kind of record breaking bidding war????????
