Maybe this will help. Stendhal was to give 10 million towards trial cost. I do remember seeing ONE payment of 3 million and I believe that was a couple years ago. I have not seen any more payments reported. Has anybody else??
Don't know Ig. But, I imagine if Ken determines for strategic or operational reasons he needs to get out of paying for Advaxis' portion of AIM2CERV, I'm sure there's a way he can legally do it. Could be there will be penalties due to Stendahl, but in overall scheme Ken concludes that's the best path forward.
Both companies must have contemplated that there is a reasonable possibility that ADXS may not have enough cash to continue to fund the trial. ADXS should have an out of the contract through Termination for Cause in the agreement. Could end up renegotiating contract if Stendal wants to continue, if a provision to continue service isn't already in the agreement.
