That would be an odd provision: we can opt out of the contract if we decide we don’t want to spend the money because we have other priorities. That is what it would really be, because ADXS is not broke. I doubt it. Even a clause that lets ADXS out if it was broke would be very unusual. I’ll bet the only real “out” is if the companies agree that continuing is pointless, due to interim results. There cannot even be interim results known to them at this point, due to the study design.
