One question I have raised that nobody has ever answered is, how can ADXS unilaterally end Aim2Cerv considering they have a written partnership agreement with Stendhal? The ability to do it, even if they wanted to, seems unlikely to me. At least without Stendhal’s consent. Maybe Stendhal will simply buy ADXS out of the indication and go it alone. Or perhaps Stendhal agrees to pony up more money to fund the trial in exchange for greater rights.
