Cura, I’m not big on legal language.
But I believe it means, Escrows don’t expect anything from the merger.
Is that what you understand the meaning of this statement is saying?

Sadly it seems it just is what it is in plain sight and plain language....
There’s no money for escrows as a part of this merger, plain and simple,,

It’s there in plain language no distribution...no nothing... nothing from Custers magical trusts....
No millions, no billions, certainty no trillions....

I personally am beginning to think those escrow accounts are just F@#ked!,,,

If nothing happens to them 7/31... IMHO We’re just screwed!,,
I want to believe I’m wrong but I just don’t see it anymore.....

I’m all in with the merger, so hopefully I’ll see $10 - $40 or so out of those in the next year?
