Sadly it seems it just is what it is in plain sight and plain language....
There’s no money for escrows as a part of this merger, plain and simple,,

It’s there in plain language no distribution...no nothing... nothing from Custers magical trusts....
No millions, no billions, certainty no trillions....

I personally am beginning to think those escrow accounts are just F@#ked!,,,

If nothing happens to them 7/31... IMHO We’re just screwed!,,
I want to believe I’m wrong but I just don’t see it anymore.....

I’m all in with the merger, so hopefully I’ll see $10 - $40 or so out of those in the next year?
