LOL... Guitar bridge pins and useless pocket knives are the thing of the future. Didn't you know that?! Duh...

Are not more people using fuel injectors than guitar bridge pins?

It's well known that the production technologies have only recently caught up to the discovery IP, and it's only recently that high volume production capacity is under development. These things you are mentioning are high volume products. Further, an early adopter of a high volume application for LiquidMetal has not been communicated to investors. Hence the share price.

There is nothing holding the company back at this point, IMO. There are various methods to manufacture, global partners capable of supporting high volume production, and there is cash on hand for raw materials and further investment. I don't see anything that is wrong with the company other than lack of communication. Working in this area, I understand that nearly all companies do not want to telegraph what they are exploring, planning, or producing until it hits the market. I have had to sign a NDA in this regard with one of the companies that I introduced to LiquidMetal.

The gap simply comes from not knowing what our industrialist CEO is doing. It always comes down to this: Prof. Li can earn multiples on his LiquidMetal investment by running production contracts through it. Multiples on $64 million is big money.
