Oh please. That argument only applies once we’re a big chain on NASDAQ. We make ZERO off a competitor opening a cafe in North Carolina.

We need to FRANCHISE - fast. Or this opportunity is going to slip away. While Roger spends years writing audit footnotes or whatever the heck he’s doing with the audit, competitors are OPENING LOCATIONS. We need to franchise. And for that we need the audit.
