Quad 1 is a virtual impossibility as there is no dilution in LRDR as basic DD would have prevented that statement from being promulgated. In addition all Arcaro mergers run, some as high as 1000% like NUGS and VUME. Statements to the contrary are false. Remember, penny stocks are made to be traded and not teated as investments. Many people buying LRDR at these levels stand to make significant profits when the merger candidate is officially announced.
