LRDR is a broke share selling shell scam and investors know it. The hijacking of empty Nevada shells is as old as the hills. Any monkey can get a hold of a Nevada shell by custodianship and Arcaro isnt the only one.

Quad 1 is a virtual impossibility as there is no dilution in LRDR as basic DD would have prevented that statement from being promulgated.

What "statement" was "promulgated"? Did I miss something?
