Do you have a link to litigation that states 1.5 Billion shares are restricted - this seems very unusual.

Normally restricted shares are held in the treasury - when there is litigation.

Shares already in the O/S can't be restricted.

Because Conway can raise AS at will!

How can they dump billions ? A/S is two Billion and of that two billion 1.5 are restricted in litigation. !!!


Conway has set things up at LIBE so that he has absolute voting control (99%+ of the votes) over the company's actions, so he can raise the AS any time, and common shareholders can do nothing about it.



Even with the current 398M OS (as of July 1,) Conway personally has 99.6% of the votes.
