I think the guy is a masochist loves to inflict money pain on share holders year in year out for years . He can't do the Job and should step away and let someone who comprehends business and has great contacts take over. BUT NO !!!! The torture continues. So can just about every otc CEO or small board. Big deal. No one on this board is worried about an AS raise cause if these deals don't happen, it'll be crickets in here long before an increase in AS.
