Not usually the Kiss of Death for real companies, with real salable products and real customers. There are certainly a few reasons for an R/S and in some instances it makes sense. I have had a few stocks that went through an R/S and came out of it just fine. However for all the scams companies, on the OTC Pink Sheets, it is usually the Kiss of Death. This stock is already dead.
