That is usually the kiss of death a R/S, so I expect that it will happen as the last straw. Like I said if this year is another bust I believe the likelihood of a Rinse and Repeat is in the wind for next year. Q2 financials should be out by August 20 and it will be interesting to see if Bruce has cut further operating expenses, since he cut R&D to zero and also significantly cut Sales and Marketing in Q1. He has basically one of two choices, continue to cut or find a way of raising funds. He has been avoiding an increase in authorized share count for common, but I do not believe he can avoid it for too much longer.
