This certainly is not according to plan
Les has told many investors the plan was to release barrage of PRs after pub. Someone posted a video here yesterday from 2013 in which apparently LP indicates DcVax will be available next year . Things have not gone by plan for years now . Every year investors are given indications including here on the board that things are just right around the corner . Remember those small raises last year and warrant exercise price significantly higher with exercise time in matter of one or few months ( just going by my recollections ) , which was interpreted as news is few weeks away as management is expecting SP to be multiples of the current price in few weeks etc etc .
SP is where it is because no serious fund or investor after looking at the events that have transpired will have any degree of confidence
