This should have been a three-to-four month campaign of news drips, starting with Publication, then ASCO, then as much info as they can weekly or every other week until we get 2018 refresh or unblinding in August (or whatever the plan is).

Perhaps that's what the company had hoped for, starting with the publication, followed by ASCO. But they may have hoped to have gotten a much bigger pop to raise money off of and instead got basically no pop. So maybe they put the plan on pause instead of releasing additional material information (that doesn't have to be released until a time of their choosing) that would also likely be followed by... no pop... to wait for a better time.

Of course, this is all just hypothetical. Maybe this is going exactly according to plan... but it does seem based on what some have said... to not be.
