Why sue a company with no assets?

Yes TPAC/McKay is being sued. Bill is saying that in his post just trying to wordsmith his way around it

The company is in a nondisclosure period and subject to a non-disclosure agreement and cannot disclose activities, current or proposed. Additionally, the company is not in a position to disclose to the public, that information which is currently confidential but may not be subject to an NDA. Disclosures will be forthcoming. Any questions attempting to obtain any further information will not be answered.
