Well Peggy since Bill has not remained current with the Wyoming SOS he no longer has liability protection. If they sue TPAC they sue Bill.

The company is in a nondisclosure period and subject to a non-disclosure agreement and cannot disclose activities, current or proposed. Additionally, the company is not in a position to disclose to the public, that information which is currently confidential but may not be subject to an NDA. Disclosures will be forthcoming.
