That is simply incorrect. Once revocation happen this month, all shareholders will be wipe out. It does not get converted to private shares of the company.

If the company filed a form 211 after revocation to be trading again. They start off like a brand new company, and the public can start buying again. But all previous shareholders previous shares are wiped out.
