If the the SEC can not provoke Corperate into divulging information, then the hammer comes down,

precedent from past rulings suggests that it is too late. the violation occurred. it doesn't go away.

From some posts back there is a 1 in ten shot of being delisted.

actually, the odds are 99 out of 100 that it will.
