Correct on the old PP's, etc. hitting the market. Thanks for helping make clear Oceanside for me.

The Issued and Outstanding actually decreased a little over 2.5 million shares. Based on what Rory, Jeff and James own, there arne't many shares left. The three of them own over 65 million together. That leaves 87 million shares.

Float is now at 77 million. That leaves roughly 10 million shares, which is about what Reddy owns then (9.3), assuming he is holding them.

Long story short, I see it good these people are all getting out and OS actually went down. Based on the math, there shouldn't be many (if any) left to sell. It looks like the massive selling may be finally nearing its end. Am I thinking this through correctly?
