I believe there was private placement in March which should still be restricted. I will need to check how big, I was thinking a few million, but the size of that should tell us if Reddy cashed out. Actually, I think it would be nice to have the big 10M holders of Reddy and Oceanside out of the way, so they no longer hang over the market. The nice thing as you say the float is limited, almost reached its max, and few shares if any now are being added to the Outstanding.
