We knew there was selling, looks like when this hit below $1 the middle of May, a lot of people got scared and cashed out. This is much better than new shares being sold with the old shares still hanging over us. Probably the old private placements and maybe Reddy. Oceanside's warrants were not included in the last O/S, so the O/S should have went up if they had of exercised them, but they could have sold everything except the warrants.
