Interesting, the big thing is outstanding did not go up, DID NOT, so the float going up means that those insiders, PPs, etc sold. This should not be a negative for share price as the market cap will be the same, actually the lower number of outstanding shares make it a positive, imo

Since the O/S stayed mostly the same, but the float increased. These where old restricted shares being sold into the float. We knew there was selling, looks like when this hit below $1 the middle of May, a lot of people got scared and cashed out. This is much better than new shares being sold with the old shares still hanging over us. Probably the old private placements and maybe Reddy. Oceanside's warrants were not included in the last O/S, so the O/S should have went up if they had of exercised them, but they could have sold everything except the warrants.

Thank you grejust! Upward here we come! Thank you whoever may be, Oceanside or Reddy or both, for the additional tens of thousands that we accumulated for the past few weeks. Go FUSZ!!

This is fantastic news. The OS going down?! I’d like to know how and why, but its good news regardless.

<<OCEANSIDE OR REDDY IS OUT (or a combination of both)>>

Original investors who surely know more than we do are selling at 50 cents?

All kinds of reasons to sell, but it does seem odd since the company is on the brink of market penetration.

At least the insiders still have their shares.
