If he was only the attorney of record for Noho, Inc he would not have been listed as a plaintiff. Again, check the filed documents from Zouvas himself along with the response from the california judge (I believe) that questioned the entire lawsuit. The entire lawsuit was BS. Proven since Once Zouvas filed the original lawsuit, he never answered a single request from any of the judges, neither in California nor in Arizona. Mersky knew exactly what Zouvas was doing and at Mersky's commands. Proving the relationship and the BS attempt to pump DRNK during that time.
