Proven since Once Zouvas filed the original lawsuit, he never answered a single request from any of the judges, neither in California nor in Arizona. Mersky knew exactly what Zouvas was doing and at Mersky's commands. Proving the relationship and the BS attempt to pump DRNK during that time.
