Yeah the quarterly stuff can be confusing when they dont go in unison together. Like you I would like to see news soon, I have heard rumors that huge news is coming , but who knows when as rumors are not all that dependable, and you are right you trade otc stocks not invest in them.
ANDI is following the usual trend, it got hot with hype the first part of the year and hit .0385 from .0002, now that was a huge run./ But as time has gone by the outstanding share count has increased, the float has increased and the PPS has declined, which is usual when the above situation occours.
My fear is like, I mean the 250 million dollar contract thing was actually huge news and ANDI could not break .01 with it.
So I would suspect more shares entered the float on that news
