You should not think that way with UTOP not even !!! UTOP is NOT a normal OCT Market play period.

Take another look at the 6 month chart. ANDI is very much a normal OTC play.

FYI >> UTOP doesn't exist. There is no UTOP. There might be a UTOP someday, but it's only speculation that FINRA will process the ticker change request. I've been sending emails to IR since mid-April to ask if the request for a ticker change was even filed -- so I could be satisfied of the proof -- but IR is not interested in answering the question.
