Wrong again, the proper procedure is to file a Motion to Dismiss - but the Slappy Twins Mersky/Zouvas didn't file anything - they just stopped responding.
But that is expected from a pump and dump attorney like Zouvas.
Trying to spin this as some brilliant legal maneuver is hilarious - as it show how incompetent these clowns are at anything they attempt.
