I stated it was clearly in the favor of DRNK, and it was, but what is the purpose of continuing a lawsuit to which the party you are suing has nothing to give.... LOL As I have ALREADY stated it was a smart decision by Mersky to let the lawsuit be moved to dismissal. Tapped out? lol... SMH
