The Common Stock was valued at $0.04 wen last filed. This was when they owned Solaris Power Cells Inc. add PixelMags to the pile along with 3 years of progress brought me to my conclusion. A low ball Natural Value of $1.422; PixelMags was a much larger value than Solaris PESA Technology alone. This data is easily looked up. SPCL has value, weather Investors will capitalize on Company Natural Value is another story.
