Nobody knows the value of Pixel Mags and judging by the lack of financial information available from SPCL Pixel Mags is flat broke otherwise the financials would have been done long ago.
It is highly doubtful the SPCL Pixel Mags merger even took place at all.
Its all a moot point now anyways because SPCL will be revoked and all shares will become flushable.
