New owner’s current operations do not involve importing fill for any property rehabilitation and current zoning laws allows for import of clean materials for Aggregate Washing, Aggregate Crushing, Aggregate Recycling, Aggregate Screening, and then sale of same for export from site.

New owners are not in violation of any allowed zoning operations and are following all subject zoning ordinances and will be doing same for all future Aggregate Businesses operations.

I'll take the credibility of the mayor of Georgina and the local newspaper.

This is as of a week ago...

"The property known as 6017
Smith Blvd. is forbidden to con-
duct a fill operation but that court
judgement has not stopped dump
trucks from illegally hauling fill
onto the property."

“The papers that need to be filed
and served against the owners are
being done now,”

"there is a question of who
actually owns the property now.
The Georgina Post contacted Mr.
Blanchard and he said, while he
still lives there, he sold the prop-
erty to a numbered company last
fall. “I have no involvement,” he
said. “I have no idea. I’ve washed
my hands of it.”
Staff will continue its efforts to
force compliance through legal
means and will update council
next week on the progress."

Then why as of last week does the Town state, “The papers that need to be filed and served against the owners are being done now,”

and the city paper states "The property known as 6017 Smith Blvd. is forbidden to conduct a fill operation but that court judgement has not stopped dump trucks from illegally hauling fill onto the property."

"Despite Superior Court and Appeals Court decisions, including injunctions against the dumping of fill, hundreds of trucks have been entering the property during the past month."

I don't believe this bodes well for them trying to apply for an MJ exemption (which doesn't exist btw) or even a license to conduct any MJ business on the property in the future as one of the VERY FIRST steps is to have the town approve it!!!

and it also = zero future revenues since:

"As of last week, however, there was no trucking activity in or out of the site and the town continues to monitor the situation, development engineering manager Zaidun Alganabi said, adding, “We are working with our lawyers, municipal law enforcement and external agencies to ensure the site is fully restored to its original state with no environmental impacts.”

"We need to know how we can force them to remove what they have put in.”

Restore the site as per town lawyers, municipal law enforcement and external agencies? OMG what is EAPH on the hook for here? Sounds like way more than the $40k that was claimed from apparently illegal dirt revenue. Are they changing their ticker to DIRT perhaps?
