What some are missing from the newspaper article is it is detailing illegal dumping ONTO the property, not digging up aggregate FROM the property.

The property owner has been sued and blocked from dumping ONTO the property in past years. And is apparently up to it again. Neighbors complain whenever they see trucks entering the property.

Cleary EAPH is lying about everything related to this parcel.
