Current Activities 90 Acres M-3 Area:

Previous property owner operated pit, under his license, then ceased pit extraction operations in 2007.

Previous property owner then imported fill to attempt to rehilbilate the pit to its original condition; Farm Land

Georgina town stopped previous property owners fill imports for pit rehabilitation, because the property rehabilitation is only allowed with fill from the property, not imported fill.

Previous owner sued the town and appealed the stoppage to the Court but lost the appeal in 2015.

New owner’s current operations do not involve importing fill for any property rehabilitation and current zoning laws allows for import of clean materials for Aggregate Washing, Aggregate Crushing, Aggregate Recycling, Aggregate Screening, and then sale of same for export from site.

New owners are not in violation of any allowed zoning operations and are following all subject zoning ordinances and will be doing same for all future Aggregate Businesses operations.

Current Activities 45 Acres Area:

New owners are planning to develop the existing farm land for operation of a Health Canada Licensed Marijuana Facility.
