Agree. But Basile sold Rory a bill of goods. He is a crackpot penny stock lawyer...as was pointed out when his name first appeared...Rory’s judgement in picking him wasn’t the best.
So while Rory was telling everyone he would get it dismissed, and it was nothing to worry about...
...it won’t be dismissed. EMA is now in the drivers seat...and perhaps now Rory has a better understanding that he can’t just swat it away.
AND...he still has not filed an 8K disclosing the suit. If he is not careful, that could come back and bite him in the ass.
