You didn't say who you were, what you were calling about or anything. Have you ever gotten called by phone solicitors? What do you tell them, everything that they want to know? I highly doubt it.

So, this in my opinion is another NON ISSUE. But somehow this will go on and on and on and on and on and on until my horse is dead again.

I'm pretty sure you're the only one who cares! Fox doesn't. Alaska Airlines doesn't. You think they don't check out who they deal with?

So Cass what you are saying is that Alaska is dealing with an unlicensed vendor and e.Digital partnered with an unlicensed vendor who is selling these devices to the airlines. I guess that would eventually make any and all agreements between e.Digital and APS null and void, huh? So I guess that means we actually own the IFE device, not APS. So now the question becomes who can e.Digital deal with to distribute these devices to the airlines, since APS is unable to do this legally.

Makes perfect sense..... NOT!
