So Cass what you are saying is that Alaska is dealing with an unlicensed vendor and e.Digital partnered with an unlicensed vendor who is selling these devices to the airlines. I guess that would eventually make any and all agreements between e.Digital and APS null and void, huh? So I guess that means we actually own the IFE device, not APS. So now the question becomes who can e.Digital deal with to distribute these devices to the airlines, since APS is unable to do this legally.
