If APS has a certification to sell to airlines as it and e.Digital claim, why did he not want to reveal it? And why the bizarre answer to my simple question... "is this Bill Boyer?"?

He definitely came across as evasive. It's interesting that the brochure he distributes to airlines makes no mention of any certification. IMO, he probably knows that either airlines would see right through that or a false claim could get APS into some sort of trouble.

Also, I am not the one who brought this up today. I was merely responding to RO in #msg-1413825.
