Isn't it great what contracting partners can do by mutual agreement?

They could have tied the delivery of the ANDA shares to a square dance in micro bikinis in San Diego or to a deafening high five if they had wanted to.

But back in November 2016 both parties agreed that nullifying core parts of the old agreement and delivering the shares NOW and imposing selling restrictions among other things was the most advantageous agreement for Novalere Holdings and Innovus given the circumstances.

Feel free to dislike the amended agreement, but accept the fact that this is just your opinion. Simple.
