So you're stating the agreement wasn't changed for them to get their remaining 12.5M shares even though there was no FDA approval?

The fact is still they paid out the remainder of the stock even without approval from the original agreement.

Boy, would I love to make money that way. Must be a lot of suckers out there. I guess you have no problem paying complete cost of something before it's finished.

I guess they also didn't pay the equiv of $2.5M (being very conservative) for something they never achieved in the way of approval.

Oh, BTW, the stock shot up to over 0.60 on that whole BS scenario and then continually fell based on not achieving that one item even though they double sales.
