EEGI - So Mr. Lux was banned by the SEC when retained by EEGI/IMHI?

It appears the date was months after the OTCM disclosure filing when Mr. Lux was banned.

Guess what that's your opinion,however we now know why the holdup with the name change which is no big deal.Its not like management doesn't have the backing to retain new counsel.Make the disclosure of new counsel and lets roll.
