The other thing I don't quite get is when the auditor tells Roger that there are parts of the audit that are inadequate, yet cannot tell them any further details on how to remedy it. To use another medical analogy, it would be like a patient comes into the ER and tells me there is something wrong with them, but gives no further info. Would you agree trying to figure out what's wrong with the patient would be quite difficult? Why would the auditors make it so difficult to correct the audit to their liking?
