Yeah, I don't believe Roger has intentionally lied about any of this and maybe he misunderstood the auditors, although it would be hard to misunderstand when an auditor tells you that the audit will be completed and filed by EOW. That would be like a radiologist telling me a CT scan will be read with results available in 30 minutes. I convey that to my patient, and then hours later we are still waiting for results. On top of that, I also refrain from updating my patient as to the CT scan status. Where does that leave my patient?
