LG, you made of point of stating that BK court controls safe harbor assets. That is, they have a say. So have they said that these remote assets will be released at merger time? BK court being in Delaware. Wouldn't we hear about that ? or are you saying that the DC action frees all assets.
Just what are you saying about BK court control and how they have given a nod for their return. Seems to me if what you say is true they should formally "Release the Kraken"
