The SEC would have contacted SPCL previous to the suspension advising them that they need to file their financials. Given that SPCL has been delinquent more than two years the SEC has probably sent more then one letter to the company. SPCL cannot now come up with a valid excuse as to why they haven't filed their SEC documents. ITS OVER!
